  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: Made-to-order products require 6–10 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.


🏠 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate addresses.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier and open a claim
  2. Email us at sales@mwcustoms.net with your claim number

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Pre-Built Items: No returns accepted due to their custom nature.
  • Other Products: Eligible for store credit if unopened.
  • Open Box Items: Not eligible for return or credit.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer Responsibility: In most cases.
  • MWCustoms Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we’ll issue a return label.

Q: Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS and USPS. Costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Q: My tracking says 'Delivered' but I didn’t receive the package. What should I do?

  • Contact the shipping carrier and open a claim
  • Notify us with your claim number so we can assist

🛠️ Production & Customization FAQ

Q: How long does it take to build pre-built lights?

  • Standard Lead Time: 6–10 weeks
  • Holiday Season: 10–14 weeks due to high demand

Q: Why does it take 6–10+ weeks to receive my custom order?

Custom builds require time, precision, and coordination. Every order includes:

  • Receiving parts from manufacturers
  • Inspection & disassembly
  • Painting (3–4 weeks) & curing
  • Reassembly & sealing (3–4 days)
  • Final quality inspection

Some delays may occur depending on part availability and vendor timelines.

Note: Our builds are made-to-order for quality, not speed. If you need a fast turnaround, our custom program may not be suitable.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong style of lights?

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm:

  • Year, Make, and Model
  • Paint Code (include in Notes section or provide VIN)

Incorrect orders are non-refundable and cannot be re-made without a new purchase.
